Huawei E5785 is a new 4G LTE Cat6 mobile WiFi hotspot which could support peak download speed to 300Mbps and upload speed to 50Mbps. Unlike the predecessor model Huawei E5786, the Huawei E5785 battery could be removed. With powerful 3000mAh battery capacity, the E5785 could keep working for 12 hours. And it supports up to 16 wireless teminals through WiFi dual band 2.4GHz and 5GHz.

Refund / Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that the purchased product is received incorrectly, or is defective, the customer could request for a exchange of the same product within 24hrs. The return could be requested via Viber 7685535.
Exchanges can only be made for same model as we do not give any refunds. The defective item needs to be returned to us within 24Hrs (if from island you must let us know the issue within 48hrs).
Any products which are used or not in the condition in which it was delivered, will not be accepted for refunds. Item box, manuals, and accessories must be included when requesting for a exchange.
Any issues after this time period or issues which does not meet this policy will not be eligible to refund or exchanges.
