Refund / Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that the purchased product is received incorrectly, or is defective, the customer could request for a exchange of the same product within 24hrs. The return could be requested via Viber 7685535.
Exchanges can only be made for same model as we do not give any refunds. The defective item needs to be returned to us within 24Hrs (if from island you must let us know the issue within 48hrs).
Any products which are used or not in the condition in which it was delivered, will not be accepted for refunds. Item box, manuals, and accessories must be included when requesting for a exchange.
Any issues after this time period or issues which does not meet this policy will not be eligible to refund or exchanges.
