Ugreen DP to HDMI adapter transmits high-definition audio and video from your computer to an HDTV for video streaming or gaming. Supports crisp video output up to 4Kx2K/30Hz and flawless audio pass-thru for the uncompressed channel. HDMI 1.4V supported and backwards compatible with HDMI 1.3V. This portable converter connects a computer, desktop, laptop, or other devices with DP port to a monitor, projector, HDTV or other devices with HDMI port. Built-in advanced IC chip converts DisplayPort signal to HDMI signal. Gold-plated connectors resist corrosion, provide durability and improve the signal transmission. Excellent wire structure with 32AWG copper core ensures stable connectivity between devices.
Refund / Exchange Policy
In a unlikely event that the purchased product is received incorrectly, or is defective, the customer can request for a exchange of the same product within 24hrs buyer protection time. The return could be requested via Viber 7685535.
Exchanges can only be made for same model as we do not give any refunds. The defective item needs to be returned to us within 24Hrs (if from island you must let us know the issue within 48hrs).
Any products which are used or not in the condition in which it was delivered, will not be accepted for refunds. Item box, manuals, and accessories must be included when requesting for a exchange.
Any issues after this time period or issues which does not meet this policy will not be eligible to refund or exchanges.
