Please Note
1. This switch requires manual control to select the active computer port; it does not 'automatically' switch between ports.
2. Noise will occur when connected with Mechanical Keyboard and mouse.
3. Use the provided 4.92ft cables to connect the USB switch to your computers and keep the USB cable that connects your peripheral to the USB switch under 5.9ft.
If you want to use it with MacBook or other USB C enabled computers, a USB C male to USB A OTG adapter(not included) is needed.
Refund / Exchange Policy
In a unlikely event that the purchased product is received incorrectly, or is defective, the customer can request for a exchange of the same product within 24hrs buyer protection time. The return could be requested via Viber 7685535.
Exchanges can only be made for same model as we do not give any refunds. The defective item needs to be returned to us within 24Hrs (if from island you must let us know the issue within 48hrs).
Any products which are used or not in the condition in which it was delivered, will not be accepted for refunds. Item box, manuals, and accessories must be included when requesting for a exchange.
Any issues after this time period or issues which does not meet this policy will not be eligible to refund or exchanges.
