Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available or currently sold-out from our physical/online shop.

Pre-order or back-order is placing orders in advance which we require full payment from a client interested in procuring the said item/product.

Pre-orders can be made by contacting our sales from Viber 7685535. Please be as much as specific with the product with the model/part number, color, bundles, version, etc.

For security and authentic reasons payments will be handled from 7685535. We will not Call or Text from any other number regarding a payment or a Pre Order.

Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before proceeding with a Pre-order.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. “Full payment” is required & should be made via Bank Transfer Online. We do not accept cash payments for pre-orders as we tend to keep a reference of payment on both parties. We do require total full amount stated by our sales agents.

All MVR prices for pre orders depends on current USD exchange rates. If you pay in USD you can save more.

2. Prices given today maybe differed in future. We always give pricing from current market price from our vendors/suppliers. In such cases pricing from earlier will be expired. Only the amount stated now will be the price.

3. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the payment has been done nor could it be exchanged for other tools/items as services are being rendered. All pre-orders made are considered as sold from payment received time on the transfer slip. So please make sure to confirm and finalize the choosing.

4. Our Pre Orders usually takes 15-20 days from date of payment. Delivery is based on the shipping schedule of our courier. Although we could track and trace the whereabouts of the package however in an unfortunate event we cannot assure you the exact date and time of its arrival here in the Maldives due to several factors such as delays due to unforeseen events beyond our control (Technical problems of the shipping company, Natural Disasters, Customs clearing etc.) Kindly manage your expectations. “If you aren't ready to wait, this service might not be suitable for you”.

5. Once the products have landed and received by our team. You will then be informed via contact number you have provided. We will immediately have all your orders delivered in the next 24 Hours. If any lost items, we shall refund you in full amount that you have paid and shall offer a discount on your next possible purchase from us.
